Repair Service Request

If you are interested in proceeding please fill out this form with as much information as possible. Each job is unique and we may need to reach out by phone (preferably) or by email to get some more information before approving your service request.
Once we are ready to proceed we will email you a Purolator waybill. Simply box up your item(s), print the waybill, attach it and drop off your box off at any Canada Post location. Once complete we will roll this up into the total cost that you will pay.
Alternatively you can send us your item(s) using any method you prefer (FedEx, DHL, Xpresspost, etc.)
Please keep in mind that for particularly challenging jobs we may need to adjust the cost of your repair upon inspection of your item(s). That is why we ask for photos (if possible) before sending us your item(s).
When your repair is complete we will contact you for payment and then ship your item(s) back to you.
